Oval Framed Georgian Stumpwork Embroidery English, second half C18th appliqué bag Enough for a good sizedA fine Georgian stumpwork embroidery worked in very fine natural dyed wools, English, second half 18th century. Mounted onto silk and stretched over conservation board at our specialist studio. The embroidery is presented in an antique oval oak frame with decorative metal studding. Measurements: Outer frame: 60cm (W) x 71cm (H) Inner frame: 36cm (W) x 57cm (H)
