There is not much room for alterations by the centre seam to the front of the bodice does have 1" of seam allowance that could be let out

but this is too slight to photograph and I don't think it is visible or noticeable when worn

Slinky curve hugging silhouette in a soft bias cut with a faux wrap over bodice, gathered to one side, and deep plunge neck. Strong puffed shoulders with padding and slim long sleeve. Fitted waistband and gently flared midi skirt with a generous a line fit. Back nylon zip to fasten. Original Biba, but sadly no longer has the label, however I've included
