釀造：全面使用橡木桶發酵約10個月，並且與Krug相同皆不進行乳酸發酵，結合橡木桶發酵的微氧化效果，與無乳酸發酵的高酸度，使得Vilmart的香檳風格總是帶有圓潤的香氣以及迷人的俐落酸度。

採收自面朝東南，海拔200公尺以上的葡萄園，手工挑選其中糖分超過35%，並且沾染貴腐菌的果粒。進行壓榨，控制溫度保持15度C進行長時間的發酵，達到酒精度13
