葡萄園位在Vrigny一級村，並且全數種植Pinot Meunier，因此成就這一款特殊的單一園與單一品種香檳。採收發酵完成後，使用100%乳酸發酵，裝瓶後窖藏約36~38個月，再進行除渣。

來自酒莊上夜丘的葡萄園，共計12公頃，海拔近400公尺，較為冷涼的風土造就其充足的酸度，表土淺薄，下方即為堅硬的石灰岩。散發成熟杏桃、柑橘、淡淡花香，帶點奶油香的圓潤口感，有著鮮明的酸度，中等的酒體，尾韻清爽且略帶鹹感！
