位於夏隆內丘北部的 Rully 村，介於以白酒知名的Bouzeron與高品質紅酒聞名的Mercurey中間，除了是布根地知名的氣泡酒重鎮，所生產的紅白酒都保有平易近人且精巧的個性。Rully村所釀造出來的紅酒多半帶有飽滿多汁的莓果特徵，並帶有甘草、丁香與玫瑰花瓣的氣息。

由單一品種齉造，自然著重在如何呈現當地傳統葡萄「仙梭」本身的特質與優點。在控制低產率下，本款呈現亮麗的紅寶石色澤，由紅色漿果例如草莓，櫻桃等主導的風味，細緻甜美，單寧圓潤，即便搭配魚肉料理，同樣不減其風采，在法國當地靠近海邊的Languedoc Roussillon產區，用紅酒搭配海鮮，可是相當常見的地餐搭配地酒的概念喔。​
