Made with barley that is floor malted by Bimber's master distiller and smoke by hand using equipment designed and built on site. Aromas of sweet red apples, rich malted barley and herbal peat smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of liquorice, charcoal, earthy smoke and sweet malt throughout the palate.
