多汁飽滿的紅色漿果香氣中帶有薄荷、鼠尾草、白胡椒等香料氣息，整體細膩而複雜，口感飽滿十分具有張力，餘韻悠長。

種植於70年代末，植被覆蓋，僅依靠馬匹耕種，重新栽種葡萄除了夏多內也種植了部分的黑皮諾，成為Avize最為特殊的單一葡萄園的特殊風土滋味，是香檳區十分最為罕見稀有的園中園香檳。33%使用橡木桶，搭配67%不銹鋼槽進行基酒釀造，並且拉長為七個月的帶渣培養。
