The pure water of Mount Fuji plays a crucial role in the production process. Fuji Single Grain is matured in a combination of ex bourbon and Japanese Mizunara oak casks, resulting in an elegant, soft whisky with notes of vanilla, coconut, tropical fruit and a subtle honey sweetness. An excellent representative of the Japanese
