It is missing the handle for it but that is a simple thing to replace. The gauge does have condensation in it. The hydraulic rod works as it should. That end has a large bronze toggle that has a 3 4 width and a 5 8 pin. The other end has a 27 rod with a toggle that has a 1 2 width and pin diameter.
