Depicting an extraordinary Tree of Life with exotic birds eating fruit, large flowers and decorative foliage. Hand embroidered onto a linen twill with softly coloured wools. This is the work of an artist rather than one of the generic crewelwork patterns sold by department stores such as Libertys, London. Measurements: 197cm tall x 107cm wide
