Aptsiauri Kisi 2023 Grape_Malvasia  Brown chalky-clayley soils onWine is made from 100% Kisi grape. Fermentation happens spontaneously with wild yeast and with no additives. It has full skin contact for 4 months and then aged for 6 months in a qvevri. The wine is rich amber in colour. On the nose, intense ripe stone fruits, apricots, peach and tropical fruit aromas. Full bodied, balanced tannins with and long finish Honest wine made naturally in a qvevri without any additives or intervention. Spontaneous
