The Grenache Noir is from our Paarl Mountain site (Stok by Paaltjie single vineyard). The Shiraz grapes are sourced from two cool mountain sites high up on Paarl Mountain and the Mourvdre is from the lower slopes of Paarl Mountain on the Fairview Farm.
