As far as strategy goes I would only use this card once in my deck for the Poke-Power so you could get back three cards at once instead of one card at a time with some trainers from the discard pile, and even with this Poke-Power you can only put these three cards on top of your deck so you can't get them immediately
Lifelink is a welcome addition, but this card really didnt need it
