Cask No. 66.223 Gin as if the peat wasToasty and inviting aromas embraced roasted chestnuts, crushed cereals, and walnut bread while hints of soot and charred oak mixed with applewood smoked bacon and seaweed on peated barley. The palate was sweet with biscuits, shortbread and burnt toffee. Then dried herbs and spinach joined toasted pine nuts and smoked duck with beef jerky. Wish a dash of water came burnt heather, lavender, and rhubarb crumble while liquorice and fennel seeds merged
